The basic principle
No information you share with us, within or before a mandate, leaves the scope of that mandate without your express consent. This principle continues indefinitely after the mandate ends.
Confidentiality agreement
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any detailed disclosure. The agreement defines the scope, duration and permitted purpose of the disclosure.
Information barriers
We do not accept concurrent mandates in the same sector that could create a conflict of interest. Within accepted mandates, access to information is limited to the team working on that mandate.
Use of references
Client names, transaction values and transaction details are not used in any marketing material, website or presentation without the written consent of the client concerned. This is why we do not publish transaction references on this site.
Technical security
Document sharing takes place over an encrypted connection. Documents in the client portal are stored outside the web root and can be downloaded only by authorised sessions. Access is logged.
