Scope of our activity
NART Capital Development A.Ş. is an advisory firm providing corporate finance advice to companies. Our activities cover financial analysis, capital structure design, transaction process management, financial modelling, due diligence coordination and commercial negotiation support.
Services we do not provide
The following activities fall outside our scope and are not carried out by us: investment advisory and personal investment advice; portfolio management; brokerage in securities transactions; underwriting of public offerings; deposit taking and lending; management of collective investment undertakings; insurance and pension product intermediation; crypto-asset service provision.
Product independence
We are not the agent, representative or tied distribution channel of any bank, fund or financial institution. We do not take referral commission from capital providers. Our fees are received solely from the client, as defined in the mandate agreement.
Where a regulated service is required
Where a transaction requires a regulated service (for example public offering underwriting or licensed brokerage), that service is provided by an authorised institution; NART works alongside that institution as the client's adviser.
