Personal data processed

Through the contact and mandate discussion forms: name and surname, company name, email address, telephone number, country and any information you include in the message.

In the client portal, additionally: account details, uploaded documents and access records.

Technically: IP address, browser information and access time (for security and abuse prevention).

Purposes of processing

Assessing and responding to your request; providing and performing the advisory service; conducting pre-contractual discussions; meeting legal obligations; ensuring information security and service continuity.

Legal basis

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the Law on the grounds that it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, on the basis of legitimate interest and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent required by the service and under confidentiality obligations, to our hosting and infrastructure providers, to legal, tax and audit advisers appointed within the mandate, and to legally authorised public authorities. No transfer is made to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and until the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation expire; at the end of that period it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such action be notified to third parties, to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer loss.
