What exactly does NART Capital Development do?
We provide independent corporate finance advisory. We analyse a company's capital requirement, convert it into a financeable structure and match it with the right provider of capital. We also manage merger and acquisition processes, project finance structures and cross-border arrangements.
Do you lend from your own balance sheet?
No. We carry no balance sheet, manage no funds and sell no financial products. That means there is no product interest of our own behind the structure we recommend.
Is the first meeting chargeable?
No. The first assessment meeting is free of charge and creates no obligation. Fees begin only after a mandate agreement is signed and are set out in writing together with the scope.
What size of company do you work with?
We look at complexity and feasibility rather than size. We can work with any company that needs an institutional-grade financing or transaction structure. We do not take every mandate; we decline at the outset work where we do not believe we can produce a result.
How long does a process take?
It depends on the structure. Capital structuring work usually takes two to four months, corporate financing processes three to six months, and merger and acquisition processes six to twelve months. We agree the timetable together in the preliminary meeting.
