NART Capital Development
About

International Network

A cross-border transaction does not run on a single adviser but on a properly assembled network. For each mandate, NART draws the required expertise from it.

Geographic focus

Our work concentrates at the intersection of four geographies: Türkiye, the Gulf states, the European Union and Central Asia. Along this line capital flows in both directions — Gulf and European capital seeks entry into Türkiye; Turkish companies seek expansion finance in Europe and Central Asia.

Each geography has its own credit culture, security expectations and regulatory framework. Building a structure correctly in Türkiye does not mean the same structure will be accepted in the Gulf. That is exactly the function of the network.

What the network consists of

On the capital side we work with commercial banks, development finance institutions, private equity and infrastructure funds, family offices and strategic investors.

On the advisory side we bring in independent law firms, tax advisers, audit firms, technical due diligence providers and sector specialists according to jurisdiction. We do not pick these firms for you — we select them with you, and we hold no commission relationship with them.

How it works

NART is the coordinator of the network. We manage the flow of information from a single point, translate the specialists' output into financial structure and run the process on one timetable. The company keeps a single counterpart; we carry the complexity behind it.
