How We Work
How we staff a mandate
Each mandate is assigned a senior lead who does not change for its duration. An extended team of legal, tax, technical and sector specialists is assembled as required; these specialists are chosen to fit the mandate rather than imposed as a fixed roster.
The team structure and the fee model are defined explicitly in the mandate agreement. We do not produce surprise line items.
